Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team of Bulut Filo, Turkey's most comprehensive fleet management software. We seek candidates with a strong team spirit who will analyze customer requirements, guide software development processes, and ensure the successful completion of projects!

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare clear and concise requirement documents, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Develop user stories and use cases to support development and testing processes.
• Work closely with the software development team to ensure projects are executed correctly.
• Provide support to ensure the software is used correctly by the customer.
• Prepare detailed analysis documents for improvements, test developments, provide training, and prepare user documentation.
• Test software developments completed by the software team and present them for customer approval.
• Develop a common language between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate communication.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to bridge any communication gaps.
• Plan, manage, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Actively participate in project management and process improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the software industry.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Deep knowledge of software business analysis methodologies.
• Experience with modeling tools such as UML, BPMN, or similar.
• Capable of conducting detailed analysis of business processes and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in understanding, prioritizing, and solving customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:.

• Experience in specific software domains such as fleet management, ERP systems, or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
• Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
