We’re looking for a Growth Manager at Alternatif SuperApp!

Alternatif SuperApp is an advantageous application for anyone who wants to take advantage of the campaigns, make their payments securely with QR codes, and use the wallets of many brands in a single application.

As a Growth Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives and you'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers.

  • Utilize value additive growth marketing strategies like creative and diverse ad copy, data-driven social media campaigns, A/B testing, and technical analysis of the user experience,
  • Working with the sales team for implementing growth plans for the product, to take action on new customer acquisition, customer retention, and increasing the frequency of product use.
  • Deeply understanding different customer segments, creating relevant marketing plans, customer journeys, marketing campaigns for each segment and monitoring key results,
  • Generate new campaign ideas to improve campaign performance, optimizing campaigns and their send times,
  • Analyzing the overall sales funnel impact and making adjustments where necessary,
  • Directly reporting to Head of Growth.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related fields,
  • 3+ years of experience in growth & digital marketing in a finance or technology business
  • Previous experience in software/technology/finance companies is must,
  • A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind,
  • Knowledge of website analytical tools,
  • Having strong communication skills,
  • Understanding the customer approach and market dynamics.
